Ceramic Pet Bowls

Although our ceramic pet bowl personalisation vinyls may withstand your pooches lifestyle for up to 3 years, we recommend you try to avoid direct contact to; constant water exposure and any natural elements. Keeping your pet bowl, clean, dry, indoors and in a cool area will maximise the longevity of your personalisation.

Personalisation dimensions are typically 3.5-4cm (H) which are placed in the middle/centre of the bowl and range in length depending on the personalisation requested.

We cannot guarantee that all of our personalisation materials will not perish over an extended period of time if care is not taken.

Personalisation that begins to fail in any way within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a replacement as long as all care has been taken during use. The item must be sent back to us in its original condition before a replacement is dispatched. We will email you a postage label to send the item back to us.

Remove the wooden base. Handwash with a soft cloth under lukewarm soapy water. Pat dry the outside of the ceramic bowl by using a dry towel, rubbing may cause personalisation to peel or bubble. 

Non-personalised Pet Bowls

Remove the wooden base. Handwash with a soft cloth under lukewarm soapy water. Dry the outside of the ceramic bowl by using a dry towel.

Hand wash with cold water with a gentle laundry cleaning agent

Do not tumble dry

Do not wash in hot/boiling water temperatures

Do not iron

Do not bleach

Gentle machine wash on cold settings in a wash bag, avoid aggressive spin cycles.
